The villa accommodates up to 10 guests and boasts a beautiful private swimming pool with a Jacuzzi effect, 4 bedrooms with double box-spring beds, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, an outdoor shower, and an outdoor toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a large American fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, sandwich maker, and induction cooktop. All bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning and ceiling fans.

The island's splendid climate allows for breakfast, lunch, or dinner on the expansive outdoor patio. A generous terrace at the villa's rear offers a cool retreat in the shade. The swimming pool is visible from two bedrooms, the living room, and the patio.

Prices and conditions

​

* A security deposit of 500 euros is required (mandatory).

* A final cleaning fee of 200 euros is required (mandatory).

* For stays exceeding 7 days, an intermediate cleaning is mandatory.

* Electricity costs approximately 0.37 euros per KWH, and water costs approximately 4.40 euros per M3.

* The cost of water and electricity will be deducted from the security deposit.

* At the time of booking, we charge a percentage of the total amount due.

* The full amount must be paid 48 days (6 weeks) before the check-in date.

* If there are more than seven adults, the second part of the house becomes available.
