This villa offers you all the comfort, privacy, tranquility and luxury that you are looking for. The holiday villa is suitable for up to 10 people. The villa has a beautiful private swimming pool with Jacuzzi effect, *4 bedrooms with double box spring, *3 bathrooms, * 2 living rooms, * 2 kitchens, 1 outside shower and 1 outside toilet. The kitchen has a large American fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, sandwich maker and induction hob. All bedrooms have air conditioner and ceiling fan.

With the excellent climate on the beautiful island you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner in the spacious outdoor patio. At the back of the villa there is a spacious terrace where you can relax in the shade. You have a view of the swimming pool from two bedrooms, living room and patio.

Prices and conditions

​

*Security deposit is 500 euro (mandatory).

*Final cleaning is 200 euro (mandatory).

* A stay of more than 7 days is intermediate cleaning mandatory.

* Electricity is +/- 0,31/KWH euro and water +/- 4,40/M3 euro .

*Water and electricity use will be deducted from the deposit.

*We charge due time of booking a percent of the full amount.

*The full amount must be paid 48 (6 weeks)days before check in date.

*More than seven adults, is the second part of the house available.
